In my professional career journey, I have worked in different roles and sectors. This diversity has given me the opportunity to grow professionally and personally. Energy, construction, finance and FMCG are among the sectors I worked as Strategist, Financial Analyst, and HR Executive.
Strategist: I love strategy. It makes business life easier. Plenty of barriers exists in corporate life and companies have to overcome these barriers to achieve company objectives. As a corporate strategist, using right strategic management approaches and defining accurate strategic road maps make these barriers overcome.
Financial Analyst: I love numbers. Numbers tell you many things about what you are doing. Power is in the numbers. I have used this power since the beginning of my career. I put analysis and data behind all my decisions.
HR Executive: HR is at the heart of organizations because human beings are the heart of an organization. I experienced HR in different roles and sectors. I found a great opportunity to reach to top of HR as a HR Assistant General Manager. I found an amazing opportunity to take highest reward of People Management of Association (PERYON).
